What are you as people looking for when you go into a nail salon. What could b done to make one better?

I am thinking of upgrading the services at my shop, like adding massages, facials and maybe hair. Basically I am going from a regular nail salon to a spa.. Also I am thinking of renaming and redecorating, currently I have an Italian traditional theme with neutral soothing color scheme on the walls.What are you as people looking for when you go into a nail salon. What could b done to make one better?
mm. this sounds amazing! you should have waxing. also if you really wanted to go all out some nail salons near me have laser hair removal. all of the spa things you are talking about getting sound really good. and the hair also. Wowzers...that sounds pretty fancy. Overall the services and decor seem really great. Just make sure your employees are uber-nice. That's actually what I look for most.
