First of all: where the hell is 'melbourne'? Second, look in the yellowpages. There are so many vogue type hair salons in NYC, you'd be amazed by looking at the YELLOW PAGES.
I'm not sure which country you're from but I'm pretty sure that a vogue hair salon will be very pricey.
