Not at all it helps the stylist know what you want so there's no confusion. Keep in mind your hair might not be able to do what your picking out but any good stylist will let you know. no u have a better chance of getting the look u want when they have a picture to compare to. that way ahead of time they can make suggestions to best frame ur features...i do that everytime i get my hair done!!!





last time i didnt bring a picture i told the woman i wanted a choppy cut like kristin cavalerie from laguna beach...what i got ended up looking like rose from golden girls....NOT HAPPY lol

Coming from a stylist....its a good idea. that way you won't have a hard time explaining the style you want and it will be less stressful on your stylist. and your stylist can't say that she didn't know what you wanted.
