When you get products stop frizz, don't buy it from target or any store like that. Go to your salon and explain your hair and they'll inspect it and tell you what salon style product will work best for your hair. Sometimes it can be kind of expensive, but it does pay off!Hair looks great when I leave salon, sucks at home!! ??
ask your stylist how to take care of your hair at home
Maybe you should ask your stylist if she has a technique or by the curling iron she has
i think what it is, they have schooling. they had to actually take tests on this kind of stuff. i would know..my mom used to be a hairdresser before she married my dad. but anyway, i think you should learn a little more and play around with it until you come into a routine that you like and a style you like.
The best answer can only come from your stylist. You need a stylist who can teach you how to do whatever they are doing to you. Ask about the products they put in and where to buy them from. A lot of times, the salon sells those products. Most stylists are happy to give you a tutorial.
ya... thats's true, i hv dat prob too... but, next time, when u go to the salon, rmbr to ask them how they did it, and which product they used... keep rockingg... =))
Next time you go in and get your hair done, ask how they do it and ask them to show you what to do exactly to get the same results at home.
ask them what they used and most salons sell supplies so buy it
Go back to the salon and ask them what products they used on your hair.. It may be because they put a treatment through your hair.. all hair feels great after a treatment I bought a bottle of hair treatment and use it on my hair once a fortnight and it remains soft and frizz free, .. also next hair appointment you should ask the stylist if she can walk you through how she blowdries your hair and about any additional styling products she may have used etc.. I always ask my stylist a million questions and since I started using the same stuff at home as the salon my hair feels great.. it may cost over double to buy the stuff as it does store bought stuff but it is worth it IMO..
Good luck!
Of course your hair looks better after a trip to the salon than after you do it at home.....if it didn't, no one would go to salons and they'd go out of business!
Part of it is the fact that they are skilled and experienced at knowing how to style hair to make it look its best. Part of it is the fact that they are able to use very high-quality products on your hair (such as sprays and gels to keep it in place) that the average person can't get at a store. It's like when you go to a restaurant and eat some great steak and tartar sauce....You can't go the supermarket and buy prime cuts of beef, because they are only available to restaurants. The excellent tartar sauce is also not available at grocery stores. This is just part of business.....it creates motivation for you to go to the professional restaurant (or salon) and pay them to give you what you can't get yourself.
What you can do to minimize this effect is to ask the stylist to give you a style that you can easily do at home, and to show you how to fix it. Some people go to the salon specifically to get a fancy style for one occasion, so they don't need to know how to do it themselves. But most of us would like to be able to reproduce the effects. So tell them NOT to do anything to your hair that you won't be able to reproduce yourself. Most times they are agreeable to this and will be happy to show you how to get it (almost) as good as they can do it.
In general, though, every woman knows that after a trip to the salon you aren't going to know how it's ';really'; going to look until you get home, wash and dry it, and style it yourself in your normal way. A good stylist will give you a serviceable cut that you can maintain yourself, with a minimum of nonsense that washes right out. But sometimes they need to be reminded.
