    Thank you for the information about hair salons in Winnipeg. I've been meaning to ask you. I don't really want my wife to spend that much either, so how much does this hair salon charge for simple hair cutting services? What about coloring and highlight products? We're on a budget and we would like to cut out excess expenses.
