Im thinking about having my navel pierced. Iv heard allot about riskes of hep b %26amp; c and HIV how can i avoid these? thanxPlease Tell Me The Pros And Cons of getting your navel pierced and what to look out for at the salon?
Pros: It looks pretty.


Cons: Infection, rejection, it's painful, can't sleep on your stomach without it being painful.





If you have small pets that walk on your stomach, this is really not the piercing for you. My cats did that with my bellybutton piercing %26amp; it hurt really bad.





You're not going to get hepatitis or HIV if you go to a halfway decent shop. Make sure they're clean, and that you can see an autoclave (used to sterilize everything) in plain sight; Ask to see they're credentials if you worried (a certificate from the health department should be hanging up).Please Tell Me The Pros And Cons of getting your navel pierced and what to look out for at the salon?
there are not ever any gaurentees as to the risk, and btw, they are groose, and people are only going to see it like half the year any way, so whats the point?
make sure everything is hygienic and clean





then you wont get an infection





make sure they are qualified
get a referral from someone. go to a reputable shop you should be fine. cons accidentally ripping it out....
