Will the person at the hair salon be able to tell me what looks good?

i hate my hair, but I have no Idea what to do to it! will the person at the salon be able to offer advice? Failing that, is there a website where you can send your picture in, and they tell you what would look good?Will the person at the hair salon be able to tell me what looks good?
Yeah its called Yahoo answers haha. You should have put your picture up so people could give you suggestions! But if you go into a high quality salon, I'm sure theyll be able to give you ideas and even show you a book of styles you might likeWill the person at the hair salon be able to tell me what looks good?
The person at most salons SHOULD be able to tell you what looks good, as theyve been trained in that.


Just make sure you go to a good salon, and all should be fine..

any professional hairstylist should be able to.. it's their job to know what cuts would look best on you


ask them what they would recommend before you get the cut, and if they don't really seem like they know what they're doing, you might want to consider going somewhere else. You don't have to spend an arm %26amp; leg to get a great cut, you just have to find the right stylist.





it also helps to do your research before..what are you planning on doing with your hair? getting bangs, layers, coloring..ect. try to find out what looks go with your face shape (heart, oval, sqaure, round). knowing ahead of time and bringing in pictures of what you want helps the stylist alot too.

A good stylist will most definitely be able to tell you which cut would look best with your face shape. But also take into consideration which place you choose to go to. You should never NEVER skimp on a haircut.





There are also plenty of hairstyle magazines that group together face shapes and show many different celebrities with gorgeous hair styles and cuts. You should probably find out what shape your face is...go buy a few magazines...and look through them to fine which cut you like best that goes with your face shape.





Then, bring the picture with you to the stylist and they will have a better idea of what you want.

They should be able to. However it is up to you to find the right ';fit'; with your stylist. Not every stylist at every salon is good at coming up with the best looks. Some only stick to what they know or can only attempt to copy a photo. I always suggest approaching someone that you like their hair. Ask them where they got it done and make a consultation appointment.
